UPDATE: If I’m reading this version of events correctly, it looks like Duarte was arrested in May of 1980 and given 6 months probation. Then it appears that while on probation she was arrested again and given a 5 year probation sentence. But again, that’s strictly my interpretation.
Style Network’s Big Rich Texas star, Pamela Martin Duarte, has been calling fellow cast members “frauds” all season long. Does forgery fall into that category?
Fannin County criminal records, specifically case number 16237, indicate that Duarte (Hagerty at the time, which appears to be one name before she was Martin and two before Duarte) was convicted of forgery on 11/21/1980. The report also says “confinement is to commence on 08/27/1980, county jail.”
The case has an Order of Dismissal entered 12/11/1985.

@Diana, I think you are exactly right. Pam was trying a diversionary tactic. If people are dumb enough to believe that she is the class/asset police, perhaps nobody will look into her past. Then, when they do, she can play the “I’m not the only one” card.
Not everyone has a squeaky clean past. However, a conviction for forgery isn’t something that I’d want anyone I was doing business with to have.

But if you average the age that she dresses and the age that she acts . . . (85+13)/2 = 49

I believe that Pam knows that Leslie is a liar and a phony. Who knows a liar better than a liar? Who knows a criminal better than a criminal? Pam and Leslie. You really think Leslie didn’t tell Tyler to use Whitney? You really think Leslie is going green? Green as in cash only, the plastic is probably starting to turn rubber and bounce!
Maybe Pam’s upset to have anyone threaten her position of Biggest Phony going. Why is it that some people walk around with their nose so high in the air, they forget how full of skeletons their closets are? Mrs. Martin-Duarte-Felon-Forger should watch her Ps and Qs, and the rest of those around her should run in the other direction (hearing this, Fashionistas?!?!) before the you-know-what really hits the fan.
Perhaps they should have a reality show about people exposing the skeletons of “one hit wonders” reality stars. I could take on the lead role of exposing some of Pam’s. Then again, maybe not. I enjoy my “regular” life. I just hope she really regrets some of her past actions, no matter when they were made. Hurting people physically or emotionally is not forgiveable in some peoples book…better get right with God girl.

I cannot stand Pam, she ruined the show for me I won’t be watching it any more. For the other cast members still on B.R.T., I certainly hope they are compensating you enough for all the mental health eval you will need once they pull the plug to this show. Maybe I am wrong and this will be the new Dallas, and Pam will be the next J.R., who knows, I certainly don’t. I did not see Pam listed on the cast for season 3 hopefully Style did not renew her contract and “Pop pop tap Boom” >.< someone pulled the plug (shot) Pams short lived acting reality series career!
