Pamela Martin Duarte of Big Rich Texas Sues Someone Else

Style Network’s most outrageous villain, Pamela Martin Duarte, isn’t done suing people yet. She’s amended her petition to include Rockwall resident, Terri Hernandez, a commenter with no obvious link to Duarte.

The latest version of the lawsuit includes exhibits indicating Hernandez is the anonymous “Dr. Hamilton” who took things a bit too far following my D Magazine post, What Do Mork From Ork  and Pamela Martin-Duarte of Big Rich Texas Have in Common.

Instead of a boring tabloid, take Pamela’s latest filing to read on your vacay.

I personally like Ms. Duarte!! I think she brings a certain kind of class to the show not to mention our Community. Someone’s Past? Who gives a F*&* ???? That is whats wrong with our World today!!! You mean no one can make a mistake??? Get a life!!! If she feels her name was slandered she by alrights has a right to pursue in court!!! Why people dislike her is because she is not afraid to stand up for herself and speak her mind!!!

  3. @uppercase Matt, It is being rescheduled. I think they’re busy adding people to the suit right now.

Merritt- I respectfully ask that you remove my name from any postings regarding this frivolous lawsuit. Unless of course you wish to contribute to my legal fund or any of your readers wish to represent me. This person has met her match, and at this time I have not been served. YOU HAVE NO IDEA about my relationships with anyone involved, therefore your speculations are just that. Please do not mention my name again.

What speculation? The tiny blog posting is pretty clean and simple with links to court filed docs. I see no speculation or prejudice… Everybody will have their day in court, and I’m sure Ms. Patterson will report on the outcome.

Pam blames other for her business disparagement. I think if she stayed off TV and people didn’t hear what a foul mouth she has on the show things would be fine. People in the business world don’t speak pubicly with a foul mouth to one another. She made herself come off like trash on TV. Doesn’t matter if she was arrested and convicted yesterday or 20 years ago, it goes to her integrity. That is why when people are arrested even if not convicted are unable to work in certain occupations. A conviction makes it much worse. She disparages her own business after she bullied everyone on TV and viewers on FB. She dug up a past and someone dug up hers. Now everyone knows she is a convicted felon. People have every right to form their own opinion of that information. My opinion has been formed more on what she shows us on TV, the articles read just make people wonder how low she will go.

Didn’t she just basically do the same thing she’s accusing other of doing in the written law suit papers? I read through them and she made a lot of accusations about the people she is suing. And were all of those post that were made evidence actual twitter posts, or were they conversations between two people privately?

I think this is a totally frivolous law suit, and a waste of time for our justice system. Pam should be put in jail for trying to waste the courts time and energy on this stupid stuff. It’s ridiculous. She needs to grow a back bone and grow up.

Dear Terry – please shut up. Thanks!
