After months of the Big Rich Texas villain, Pamela Martin-Duarte, buzzing around Dena Miller like a pesky fly with a faux JD, Miller finally slipped off her Louboutin and used it to smack Duarte on the head. The legal equivalent to that anyway.
This morning, Miller’s camp got all up in Duarte’s grill and filed an amended response to the lawsuit, this time including counterclaims. My favorite part can be found on page 6.
