Bon Blossman has made a surprise move as the only remaining defendant in a lawsuit filed by former Big Rich Texas cast member, Pamela Martin-Duarte. Blossman has been relatively quiet on the matter until yesterday when she filed a motion changing her attorney and firm of record.
Now she’s hired Robert P. Latham of the Jackson Walker law firm in Dallas. The same well-known firm responsible for Oprah Winfrey’s victory in 1998 when she was sued by a bunch of Texas cattlemen for the plummeting beef market following an episode of her show titled Dangerous Foods.
This is like Duarte wanting to fight Bon after school, Bon reluctantly agreeing but then showing up with Mike Tyson. Duarte, she’s gonna bite your ear off.

Wait, uh? Hernandez? In or out?
And, good for Bon. I would like to see this whole frivolous lawsuit flipped on Duarte. Hopefully it will cost her a ton of money and her reputation. Oh wait, she never had a reputation or a ton of money? . . . Well, then here’s to hoping her only true assets are taken from her. May all peroxide turn grey & all silicone/fillers turn to stone.
@khakijack,
Link is in the beginning of post. Terri Hernandez apologized for her comment and the lawsuit was dropped. Clearly now, as a commenter with opinions that are different than Duarte’s, you’ll need to start drafting your apology.
For some reason, I looked right past the hyperlink.
Interesting apology. I like how she made sure to pull a friend under the bus with her.
As for my apology, I definitely misspoke. Pam’s best assets can’t be found in a bottle or syringe. Pam has a beautiful voice and a story to tell. She has tried to share it with the world through Big Rich Texas, but the Style Network keeps bleeping out her words of wisdom. Truly a tragedy.
It’s obvious that Pamela Martin Duarte is delusional and just can’t live with the fact that she is not who she claims to be and that there are many other women in Dallas that are classier, wealthier and much prettier than she is. Without her husband’s dough she’d be mucking stalls. The woman is vile and judgmental and I can’t wait for next season to watch her try to convince all of us again how important she is. Hopefully the “fashionistas” will realize she is a toad in consignment shop Chanel.
